Kumar Varma is not just an engineer — he’s a communicator, a strategist, and a leader in the making. A B.Tech final-year student at S.R.K.R. Engineering College and a proud member of S.R.K.R. Toastmasters Club, Varma thrives at the intersection of technology, leadership, and communication. While his academic roots are in engineering, his true passion lies in influencing people, driving impact, and crafting stories that inspire change.

Since joining Toastmasters in 2022, his journey has been a blueprint for growth. He has served in pivotal leadership roles — President, Vice President Education, Vice President Public Relations, Secretary, and Sergeant-at-Arms — and contributed to various Division, District, and Conference leadership teams, delivering high-impact initiatives and experiences.

A Division-level International Speech Contest Champion, an Evaluation Contest Champion, and a District-level Jubilance contestant in the Humorous Speech Contest, Varma’s voice has resonated on some of the biggest stages, inspiring audiences across levels.

Now serving as Area C2 Director, Varma continues to empower leaders, amplify voices, and drive transformation. Open to management and leadership roles, he aims to blend technology with strategy and people leadership.
