Srinidhi Dasaka is a senior HR leader with over 13 years of experience who works with start-up founders in setting up their HR processes and systems. She specializes in creating employee engagement experiences focussed on mental health & wellness.

Her foray into Toastmasters started in 2011 with TCS Maitree Toastmasters Club ,Hyderabad. Since then she has taken several district leadership roles across 4 districts in India and the US.

In the age of digital communication, she still enjoys writing postcards and is an active member of the Postcrossing Society of India. Every month she writes at least 5 postcards to other postcrossers in India and abroad. She enjoys driving, reading thriller books, harvesting home grown veggies and brewing fresh herbal tea.
