Toastmasters International offers an Education Program called Pathways. Every member pursues a Path towards becoming a more confident public speaker. There are 11 paths to choose from. These Paths are designed such that each member learns how to, not only deliver speeches during meetings and events, but also hone leadership skills along the way. At Toastmasters we organize events throughout the year where members take initiatives, lead teams, delegate tasks, etc. These are essential skills needed in every sphere of life.
