TM Harshita Shah is a dynamic professional and passionate leader, driven by purpose and the pursuit of excellence. As Area Director, she brings together the power of empathy, action, and collaboration- qualities refined through years of leading in boardrooms, clubs, and communities.

Her journey in Toastmasters began with a vision to amplify her voice and inspire others to do the same. She has served as Secretary, President, and now Immediate Past President and Treasurer of Toastmasters Community Club Bhubaneswar, where under her leadership, the club achieved President’s Distinguished status. A Triple Triumph achiever and Contest Chair and Chief Judge across various contests, she has been instrumental in driving quality, inclusion, and impact.

Beyond Toastmasters, Harshita leads a global 35+ member team at Tech Mahindra, managing compliance, contracts, and cross-border stakeholder engagement. As a former Rotaract President and District Secretary, she led over 50 projects, raised ₹5L+ in sponsorships, and collaborated with clubs across Asia.

Her work has been featured in Odisha media through events like SpeakFest and Spotlight, and she was honored with the Asmita Award 2025 – Promising Personality.
