Manikanta is currently serving as the Area E1 Director, District 126. He has been a Toastmaster since Oct 2016. At Club level, he served as President and VP Education. He worked as the Hospitality Chair for Orafest 2017, EFGH Divisions’ Annual Conference in D98. He served as the Club Extension Team Lead for EFGH Divisions in District 98 for the term 2018-19 and chartered 15 New Toastmasters Clubs. He received Golden Feather award in 2018 and Toastmaster of the Year award in 2019. Manikanta is currently a member of Elan Toastmasters Hyderabad. For him, Toastmasters is a platform to find like minded individuals who are genuinely interested in the development of their leadership and communication skills. It is a practice medium built by servant leaders driven by their authentic feedback and mentorship. Its tagline ‘where leaders are made’ is in its DNA. Professionally, Manikanta works as an Account Manager at Maveric Systems, Bangalore. Prior to this, he worked as an Area Services Manager for Asian Paints and as a Senior QA Analyst at Wells Fargo, Hyderabad. He is an IIM Ranchi alumnus and believes in the power of influence of likeminded peer groups. In his free time, he likes to read books on leadership, self-help, philosophy, and marketing.
