Sparsh is currently serving as the Area Director for G1 of District 126. He has been a Toastmaster since 2022. At the club level, he has held various executive committee roles, including Vice President of Education. He is presently serving as the VP of Education for his club, where, under his leadership, the club has achieved Select Distinguished Club status.

Sparsh is a member of Center Stage Toastmasters. For him, Toastmasters is a unique learning ground where he can explore new possibilities in real public speaking and leadership, unlike any other platform. He believes that the quality opportunities, benevolent backing from members and mentors, and the exceptional learning environment at Toastmasters make it the perfect place to become better public speakers and, consequently, great leaders.

Sparsh works as an AVP at Wells Fargo, specializing in Quantitative Machine Learning. Prior to this, he was involved in cutting-edge AI research at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and with AI startups globally. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani, India. In his free time, he loves to explore new places, meet new people, and enjoy music with dance.
