Being a proud alumnus of Kendriya Vidyalaya and Rajyapuraskar Scout, he decided to rejoin Servant Leadership movement through Toastmasters in 2016. He has served in various leadership roles in District 98 including past Area Director, Division Director, Club Growth Director and Program Quality Director in District 126. He started his journey with Broadridge Toastmasters Club and currently he is a member of Vijayawada Toastmasters Club with an intent to give back to the community where he was brought up. He has been a VP Membership, VP Education and President at Club level. He has served as Club Extension Team Member and was remarkable in chartering corporate and college clubs in EFGH Cluster. He credits his growth to the many mentors he has been associated with. The exposure and experience he gained here pursued him to apply for leadership roles beyond club. He achieved Excellence in Program Quality Award from Toastmasters International for the program year 2022-23 for reaching Select Distinguished Status in Distinguished Clubs. He is thankful for the District Leadership Team of 2022-23 for achieving this milestone. Professionally, Sandeep works as a Project Management Lead and has over 7 years of experience. He is known for his agility and patience. Sandeep looks forward to make District 126 as one of the first choice for public speaking in the current District geography by making sure zero deviation from main purpose and the circle of learnings to continue. With the kind support of District Leadership Team, Sandeep envisions District 126 to achieve Smedley Distinguished Status for the program year 2023-24.
