Ramakanth Konatham – Club Growth Director, District 126

Ramakanth Konatham is a passionate and accomplished Toastmaster, currently serving as the Club Growth Director of District 126. His journey with Toastmasters began in August 2017, and since then, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the values of communication, leadership, and personal growth. Over the years, he has served in multiple leadership roles spanning from the club level to the district level, including the historic honor of being the first District Administration Manager for District 126.

In recognition of his exceptional contributions and leadership impact, Ramakanth was awarded the prestigious Toastmaster of the Year 2023–24. A dedicated trainer, he has conducted over 100 training sessions, inspiring and mentoring members to excel in their communication and leadership journeys.

He is an active member of Guntur Toastmasters Club and professionally serves as Assistant Vice President at State Street Corporation. His leadership style blends strategic vision with hands-on mentorship, ensuring sustainable growth and member engagement across the district.
