Shivani is currently serving as the Division N Director, District 126. She has served as Area N1 Director for the term 2023-24. She has been a Toastmaster since February 2020. At the Club level, she has served as  President, VP Education, and Secretary, and now, she serving as VP Membership for the current term 2024-25.

Shivani is currently a member of the Loyal Toastmasters Club in Nagpur. She joined Toastmasters to work on her glossophobia and be a better communicator and leader. The experience and exposure she gained at Toastmasters encouraged her to apply for leadership roles beyond the Club. She has been actively involved at the Club, Area, Division, and District level, consistently contributing to the Toastmasters Community. Her notable contributions include serving as the Assistant to DFM (2023-24), as the PQ Chair for Fun and Furore, 2023, and Volunteering for the VLF District PR Drive, and being the Area contest winner for the Table Topics contest.

Shivani is a lecturer in Botany and has been teaching postgraduate students for the past 24 years. She also earned her Doctoral degree in Botany from Nagpur University. She loves to travel and hike. She loves to indulge in sports, especially adventure sports.
