Distinguished Toastmaster Joy B Hans is currently serving as the Immediate Past District Director of District 126. He has been a Toastmaster since Sep 2016. As a Club and District leader he has served in various leadership positions such as the Club President, Vice President Public Relations, Area Director, Division Director, Club Growth Director, Program Quality Director, District Director and currently he is the Immediate Past District Director of District 126. Professionally Joy is a Communication, Leadership and Behavioral Coach, he is the CEO of The Human Sculpture and an Advisor and Director to various Educational institutions. He has over 23 years of work experience and has trained 25000+ students in various colleges, schools and corporate. He believes everyone is a star and they just need a right mentor to discover them self.  Personally he is an avid reader, a marathon runner and a traveler. He is also a Worship Leader, Lay Pastor, Marriage Counselor, Prayer Warrior and Bible Teacher in his local church, he loves playing guitar and sing worship songs in his spare time. He is happily married for the last 18 years and believes marriage is the best institution for human beings.
