He has been a Toastmaster since September 2018. At Club level, he served as President, VP Education, VP Membership, VP Public Relations, Secretary and Treasurer. Venkatraman is a member of TCS Maitree Synergy Park Toastmasters Club in Hyderabad. For him, Toastmasters International is the right place for honing Communication and Leadership skills. Communication and leadership skills are essential for personal and professional growth. Effective communication enables leaders to convey their vision, inspire others and build strong relationships, while leadership skills empower individuals to guide and motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Venkatraman graduated in Arts and Commerce. Presently, he is employed in Tata Consultancy Services, Hyderabad as a Manager, Human Resources and member of Compliance team. He was employed in Private Limited Company, Public Limited Companies (Trading, Manufacturing and Software) in the field of Finance and Accounts for thirty three years. He had the opportunity to be part of four Corporate mergers and post merger Integration. For six years, he has been into Human Resources. He likes to read articles on various subjects. He had presented live and recorded English talks on All India Radio. Also, he contributed letters to the Editor on social issues, general topics and Open page columns to various Newspapers. He has contributed articles to Toastmasters Newsletters and was Editor too. He gives Book talks and is a Guest Lecture to Educational Institutions. Venkatraman is a certified Trainer from IATD.
